WINE MAKING PROCESS
The 2020 Andremily Grenache was produced using a blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Syrah. A key technique employed was the fermentation of 70% whole clusters, which can impart structure and aromatic complexity. The wine was aged for approximately 21 months in French oak, with a significant portion being new barriques, complemented by aging in used barriques and demi-muids. Following barrel aging, the wine underwent an additional year of maturation in bottle before its release. Fruit for this vintage was sourced from various vineyards across Santa Barbara County and Paso Robles.
