WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Buena Esperanza Greta 2021 underwent a winemaking process that included destemming approximately half of the grapes while fermenting the other half as whole clusters. A three-day cold maceration was performed under a carbon dioxide and nitrogen blanket, followed by spontaneous fermentation that reached up to 25°C. After fermentation, the wine experienced an additional week of skin maceration. It was then aged for fourteen months in French oak barrels, primarily used ones. Following aging, the wine was blended and rested in tank before bottling without filtration.
