WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Greystone Riesling is produced from hand-harvested grapes, picked in the cool of the autumn morning. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks, a method chosen to preserve the wine's freshness. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes a 4-month aging period on its lees in tank. Greystone Wines practices certified organic and regenerative viticulture.
