WINE MAKING PROCESS
Feudo Disisa Grillo 2021 is produced from 100% Grillo grapes sourced from the Grisì-Monreale region. The winemaking process involves fermentation at controlled temperatures of 15-18°C to preserve freshness. Post-fermentation, the wine undergoes six months of aging in stainless steel, followed by 60 days of bottle aging. This unoaked approach emphasizes the purity of the grape and its regional expression.
