WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for the Grüner Veltliner Ried Spiegel 1ÖTW Vincent 2021 begins with the gentle pressing of whole grape clusters. The resulting must is then fermented in oak barrels, including a new 2500-liter barrel and two 300-liter barrels. Following fermentation, the wine is aged in oak barrels.
