WINE MAKING PROCESS
Weingut Leth practices sustainable and organic viticulture, having avoided herbicides for over 25 years. Grapes are hand-harvested in multiple selective passes. The winemaking process involves a short maceration followed by gentle pneumatic pressing. The juice is settled before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts. The wine is typically bottled early, between January and February, to preserve freshness and is aged in stainless steel tanks.
