WINE MAKING PROCESS
The GRW Saperavi 2020 is produced from estate-grown, hand-selected Saperavi grapes from the Kakheti region. Vinification takes place in a modern winery facility established in 2020, utilizing contemporary technologies. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes an aging process of 5 months in old oak barrels. This approach aims to blend traditional winemaking principles with modern techniques to craft the final wine.
