WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Guado Al Tasso Bolgheri Superiore 2020 underwent fermentation and maceration in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for 15-20 days. Subsequently, malolactic fermentation was completed in barriques. The wine was then aged in barriques, with a noted reduction in the use of new oak for this vintage. The grape blend primarily consists of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, with a smaller proportion of Petit Verdot. The vineyards are located in the Bolgheri DOC Superiore region of Tuscany.
