WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Gurrieri Nero d'Avola 2020 is produced from organically grown grapes harvested manually in early October. The winemaking process involves fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes a 9-month aging period in stainless steel. It is then further aged in the bottle for at least 6 months, and sometimes up to 12 months, before being released. This approach focuses on preserving the varietal character and regional expression of the Nero d'Avola grape.
