WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Gustave Lorentz Gewurztraminer Réserve 2023 is produced using whole grapes that are pressed before fermentation. The fermentation process occurs in stainless steel vats, employing both natural and selected yeasts. The wine is aged in tanks for five months after undergoing rackings, and it is not aged in barrels. The grapes are hand-picked, usually at the start of October.
