The Haggan Pet Nat is a 2021 vintage white sparkling wine from Xavier Weisskopf, produced in the Loire Valley's Touraine and Montlouis-sur-Loire regions. It is made exclusively from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes. Xavier Weisskopf founded his estate, Le Rocher des Violettes, in 2005, focusing on organic farming and the expression of grape character. The wine is notable for its natural effervescence, achieved through the Petillant Naturel method, and is cultivated on ancient limestone and clay soils.

The Haggan Pet Nat is produced using the Petillant Naturel method, where fermentation concludes in the bottle, creating natural carbonation. Grapes are fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. Xavier Weisskopf practices organic viticulture and hand-harvests his Chenin Blanc.
