Halos de Jupiter Costières de Nîmes

Halos de Jupiter Costières de Nîmes 2021 is a red wine from the Costières de Nîmes appellation in the Rhône Valley, France. Produced by Les Halos de Jupiter, a collaboration between oenologist Philippe Cambie and winemaker Michel Gassier, the wine pays homage to Grenache. The appellation's terroir is marked by clay-limestone soils with rolled pebbles, and its Mediterranean climate is influenced by sea breezes and the Mistral wind. The wine's name and labeling system are inspired by Jupiter and its moons.
