WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Hands Off Pinot Noir 2021 is produced using a three-week fermentation and skin maceration process in a mix of stainless steel tanks and large oak barrels. After fermentation, the wine undergoes malolactic conversion and is then aged for a few months in small French oak barriques. The grapes are sourced from Grape Art LLC's vineyards in the Selz Valley, Rheinhessen, and the wine is bottled in 250ml cans. A total of 8,000 bottles were produced.
