Sourced from organically farmed vineyards in Zellerndorf that have been certified since 2009, this wine represents a modern, eco-conscious approach to Austria's signature grape. The Gessl family has deep roots in the region, blending traditional viticulture with contemporary ecological mindfulness.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are harvested by hand from old vines, some averaging 50 years of age, grown in the continental climate of Weinviertel. Following gentle pressing, the juice undergoes spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts. To preserve its natural character and vibrant energy, the wine is aged on its fine lees and bottled with minimal filtration and low sulfur additions, aligning with Katharina's natural winemaking philosophy.
