WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Herdade do Sobroso Cellar Selection Tinto 2020 is produced using Syrah and Alicante Bouschet grapes. The grapes are hand-picked and transported in small boxes. Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled open fermenters or lagares. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in 500-liter French Allier oak barrels, and then rests for 6 months in bottle before release.
