The DeLoach Vineyards Heritage Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 is produced from carefully selected Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in organically farmed vineyards in Mendocino County. The winemaking process incorporates traditional Burgundian techniques, such as open-top wood fermentors and native yeast fermentations.
