WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Vino Gross Hisno Vino Blanc 2022 is produced using direct pressing and 100% stainless steel fermentation with natural yeasts, allowing for spontaneous fermentation. The wine undergoes an extended aging process of 10 months in stainless steel on the lees, with further time spent on gross and fine lees. Harvest is conducted by hand. The producer's philosophy emphasizes minimal intervention, organic cultivation, and bottling unfiltered wines, often without added sulfites, to showcase the purity of the fruit and the expression of the terroir.
