WINE MAKING PROCESS
Il Ghizzano Bianco 2022 is produced using a blend of Vermentino, Trebbiano, and Malvasia Bianca. The Vermentino grapes are pressed immediately and fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. The Trebbiano and Malvasia Bianca grapes undergo a period of skin contact for 7-12 hours before fermentation in concrete vats for four months. The wine is subsequently bottled without fining or filtering.
