WINE MAKING PROCESS
The production of Panzanello Il Manuzio involves manual selection of grapes from prime vineyard sites. The must is fermented in steel tanks for about a month. Post-fermentation, the wine matures in French oak barriques for 24 months, followed by an additional 24 months of aging in bottle. The wine is not filtered to preserve its characteristic aromas.
