Il Roncal Ribolla Gialla

Il Roncal Ribolla Gialla 2022 is a single-varietal wine from Azienda Agricola IL Roncal, located in the Colli Orientali del Friuli appellation of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Italy. Ribolla Gialla is an ancient indigenous grape variety deeply rooted in this region, with a history stretching back to the Middle Ages. The estate itself is a family-run operation situated on Montebello Hill, emphasizing natural winemaking with minimal intervention. The limestone soils of the Colli Orientali del Friuli are a significant factor in shaping the wine's character, contributing to its distinct minerality.
