WINE MAKING PROCESS
Il Vino dei Poeti Prosecco DOC Rosé is produced using the Martinotti (Charmat) Method. Glera and Pinot Noir grapes are vinified separately. The Pinot Noir undergoes a brief maceration to extract color. The base wines are then blended and undergo a secondary fermentation in stainless steel tanks for about two months at controlled temperatures (15-16°C). This process is designed to create a fresh, aromatic, and sparkling wine.
