WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Imaginador is produced using 100% whole cluster fermentation with indigenous yeasts in oak tanks at low temperatures for about 15 days, followed by 12 days of maceration. The wine then ages for one year in concrete and large oak casks. Grapes are sourced from very old, dry-farmed bush vines and are hand-harvested. The winemaking emphasizes minimal intervention to highlight the expression of the Itata Valley terroir.
