WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Impetuoso Gutturnio is produced from a blend of 60% Barbera and 40% Croatina. Following harvest, the grapes undergo fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for 4 to 6 months in Slavonian oak casks. Mossi Aziende Agricole Vitivinicole, with a history dating back to at least 1558, focuses on traditional local grape varieties, with Marco Profumo currently leading the estate and the Consorzio Tutela Vini Doc Colli Piacentini.
