WINE MAKING PROCESS
Inkognito Vingården i Klagshamn is produced using hand-harvested Solaris grapes. Fermentation is conducted slowly with natural yeast and minimal intervention. A portion of the wine (23%) is fermented and aged in new Swedish oak barrels, while the remainder (77%) is processed in stainless steel tanks. The wine undergoes a total of 12 months of aging: six months on fine lees in stainless steel (42%) and French oak barriques (58%), followed by an additional six months in stainless steel on fine lees. The winery employs ecological fertilization practices, including the use of local seaweed and horse manure, and crop-spraying with approved substances.
