WINE MAKING PROCESS
The 2021 Insignia was produced using fruit sourced exclusively from Joseph Phelps' estate vineyards across Napa Valley. Grapes were hand-picked and hand-sorted. Fruit from each vineyard was vinified separately. The wine was aged for 24 months in 100% new French oak barrels.
