WINE MAKING PROCESS
Intergalactic is produced using a low-intervention approach. The grapes, from a field blend vineyard, undergo spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts. Skin maceration times vary, ranging from 12 hours to 8 days, contributing to the wine's orange hue and layered profile. Some grapes may be whole-bunch fermented, while others are pressed directly. Following fermentation, the wine is aged on its lees for 5-8 months in used oak, foudres, and clay amphorae. It is bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfur additions, resulting in a natural wine.
