Invisível

The winemaking process for Invisível is highly technical and precise. Aragonez grapes are harvested at night to preserve freshness and prevent oxidation. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes undergo a gentle, gravity-fed pressing process with minimal skin contact to prevent any color extraction. The must is then cold-settled and fermented at very low temperatures (around 10-12°C) in stainless steel tanks. This slow, cold fermentation preserves the delicate primary fruit aromas and ensures the wine remains completely colorless and bright.
