WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Mastroberardino Irpinia Aglianico DOC 2022 is produced using classic red vinification techniques. Following a manual harvest in late October to early November, the grapes undergo a long maceration on their skins for approximately 20 days at controlled temperatures of 22-24°C. The wine is then aged for 12 months in oak barriques, followed by 10 months in large oak casks, and a further 6 months in bottle. The producer emphasizes sustainable and organic practices in their winemaking approach.
