WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Ivory & Burt Red Blend is produced using grapes from Lange Twins' own vineyards. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for four months in 225-liter oak barrels, with a combination of French and American oak, some of which is un-oaked. The barrels used are three years old.
