WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Izadi Reserva 2019 is produced using grapes from old vines, hand-harvested for quality. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel vats under controlled temperatures. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes an aging process of 16 months in a mix of French and American oak barrels. The winery's approach to viticulture is integrated, respecting natural conditions.
