The winery is situated in Vilanova i La Geltrú, Catalonia, close to the Mediterranean coast. This Cava is distinguished by its blend of Trepat and Pinot Noir grapes, contributing to its characteristic pink color and aromatic complexity. WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Jaume Serra Tulip Bouquet Cava Rosé is produced using the traditional method, also known as 'méthode champenoise'. This involves a secondary fermentation taking place directly in the bottle after the addition of liqueur de tirage. Following this fermentation, the wine is aged on its lees for a minimum of 12 months. This aging period contributes to the development of the wine's character and texture. The wine is then disgorged and finished with a Brut dosage, indicating a specific level of residual sugar.
