ABOUT THIS WINE
The Jean-Noël Haton Brut Reserve is a non-vintage Champagne from the independent, family-owned Maison Haton, whose winemaking history in Champagne dates back to the 17th century. Founded in 1928, the estate is now managed by Jean-Noël Haton and his son Sébastien, who continue the family legacy. Located in Damery in the Marne Valley, the house cultivates its own vineyards and partners with other growers. The Brut Reserve is crafted as a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, reflecting the traditional grapes of the Champagne AOC.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Jean-Noël Haton Brut Reserve is produced using the traditional method. Primary fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at 18°C to maintain aromatic purity, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged on its lees for at least three years, a process that contributes to its structure and depth. Reserve wines are incorporated into the blend to enhance complexity. The Haton family's viticultural approach includes managing their own vineyards with a focus on sustainable farming, holding HVE 3 certification since 2021.
