Jewels In The Sky

The winemaking process for Jewels In The Sky focuses on preserving the inherent qualities of the Riesling grape. Fermentation is typically conducted in stainless steel at cool temperatures to maintain aromatic intensity and acidity. Aging is also likely done in stainless steel to ensure freshness, though some lees contact might be used for added texture. Harvest decisions are carefully made to achieve the ideal balance of ripeness and acidity, crucial for creating a well-structured and potentially age-worthy wine.
