WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Wynns John Riddoch Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Following crushing, fermentation typically occurs over five to eight days, with the wine pressed off at dryness. The wine then undergoes maturation for 16 months in French oak hogsheads and barriques, with a controlled percentage of new oak. Following oak aging, the wine is further aged in bottle for 22 months prior to its release, allowing for integration and development.
