WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Juno & Hera Narince Emir is a white wine produced by Kavaklıdere. The winemaking process involves the careful selection of Narince grapes from Tokat and Emir grapes from Cappadocia. These two indigenous varietals are then blended. Following fermentation, the wine is aged in French oak barrels for a period ranging from 8 to 12 months.
