WINE MAKING PROCESS
Vinarija Bartolović employs distinct winemaking techniques for its white and red wines. White wines are typically fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve their inherent freshness and minerality. In contrast, red wines undergo aging in oak barrels, a process designed to foster harmony and balance within the wine. The winery manages 18 hectares of vineyards, with a portion of these located at altitudes up to 400 meters within the Papuk Nature Park, contributing to the unique character of their grapes. The overall production volume is around 130,000 bottles per year, with red wines accounting for approximately 50% of this total.
