WINE MAKING PROCESS
Domaine Karanika employs the méthode traditionnelle for its Brut Cuvée Rosé. Grapes are hand-harvested and undergo temperature-controlled fermentation. A second fermentation takes place in the bottle, followed by aging on lees for 9 to 18 months. The winery adheres to organic and biodynamic farming principles, with a philosophy of minimal intervention. Sulfur use is kept to a minimum, and indigenous yeasts are often utilized.
