WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Karanika Extra Brut Cuvée Spéciale 2022 is produced using the traditional method. Whole grape bunches are pressed, and fermentation takes place at 18-22°C with indigenous yeasts. Following the second fermentation in the bottle, the wine ages for 12 months 'sur latte' (on lees). Minimal sulfur is used, and no chemical additives are employed. The wine is released one month after disgorgement.
