Klimaretter

Klimaretter is a pioneering white wine cuvée crafted by the Zukunftsweine movement, founded in Rheinhessen by Dr. Eva Vollmer and Hanneke Schönhals. The initiative aims to revolutionize European viticulture by promoting the use of innovative, fungus-resistant grape varieties known as PIWIs (Zukunftsreben). By aggregating high-quality grapes from various sustainable cooperative growers under the 'Wegbereiter' (Pioneer) series, Zukunftsweine makes eco-friendly viticulture highly accessible and appealing to modern consumers.
