WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Krasno Modri Pinot is made from 100% Modri Pinot grapes. Following a hand harvest in September, the grapes are fermented for 8-10 days at 25-28°C. A key aspect of its production is the 100% use of French barrique barrels for both fermentation and aging, with the wine spending 18 months in these barrels. Post-barrel aging, the wine is transferred to stainless steel tanks. The winemaking is described as sustainably produced, reflecting Klet Brda's philosophy of respecting natural cycles.
