WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are hand-harvested from old vines, fully destemmed, and co-fermented in open-top wooden vats using native yeasts. The wine is aged for approximately 12 months in older French oak barrels to preserve the vibrant fruit profile and avoid dominant oak flavors, followed by bottling with minimal filtration.
