WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes for this Riesling are delicately pressed whole to extract aromatic compounds. Fermentation is initiated spontaneously using indigenous yeasts and lasts for six to eight months. Following fermentation, the wine matures on its fine lees before being filtered and bottled. Aging takes place in stainless steel tanks.
