WINE MAKING PROCESS
La Capilla Crianza 2020 is produced using grapes harvested manually in small batches, with rapid transport to the winery to preserve freshness. The alcoholic fermentation takes place slowly in small stainless steel tanks, utilizing indigenous yeasts and controlled temperatures. This is followed by a prolonged maceration period.
