ABOUT THIS WINE
Famille Chaussy-Laget (historically known as Mas de Boislauzon) is a historic estate in the Southern Rhône, managed by the fifth and sixth generations of the Chaussy family. Located near Orange, right on the northern border of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, they produce 'La Chaussynette' as an unpretentious, bistro-style house wine. It is crafted from declassified estate fruit grown on the same clay and rounded pebble soils (galets roulés) as their prestigious appellation wines, offering Châteauneuf soul in an accessible, everyday format.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are entirely hand-picked and meticulously sorted in the vineyard. To ensure soft, approachable tannins, the fruit is 100% destemmed. Fermentation occurs naturally using only indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled tanks. The wine is aged entirely in concrete tanks for six to nine months to preserve the pure, bright fruit character without any oak influence.
