WINE MAKING PROCESS
La Corona Brut Rosé is produced using traditional Cava methods. The Garnacha grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks at 16°C to retain acidity and fruit character, with malolactic fermentation being omitted. A second fermentation occurs in the bottle, followed by a minimum of 10 months of aging on its lees. The grapes are hand-harvested from vineyards situated at high altitudes. Bodegas Langa adheres to organic farming principles, utilizing no chemical treatments in their vineyards.
