WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process is designed to enhance the texture and complexity of the Tempranillo Blanco grape. After cold-settling, the must is fermented directly in new 225-liter oak barrels, utilizing a combination of French Allier, Vosges, and American Ohio oak. The wine is then aged for six months on its fine lees with weekly battonage (lees stirring), which builds mid-palate density, creaminess, and protects the wine from oxidation.
