ABOUT THIS WINE
The Tissot & Potel La Sixième Côte Chardonnay is a white wine from the Côtes du Jura appellation in France, produced through a collaboration between Michel Tissot & Fils and Maison Nicolas Potel. This partnership aims to showcase the potential of Jura's terroir for Chardonnay, with the wine being described as a 'sixth Burgundy Côte'. The blend includes approximately 10% Savagnin, a traditional Jura grape, which contributes to its complexity. The grapes are sourced from two selected vineyards, En Cuvigny and Mont Genezet, situated at high altitudes. The wine is bottled with minimal filtration.
