WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for La Vero Soave begins with hand-picked grapes that are destemmed and softly pressed. The resulting must is clarified through static decantation before fermentation. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16°C using selected yeasts. Following fermentation, the wine is refined in steel tanks. Soave Classico DOC wines are subject to a minimum aging period of approximately four months from the harvest year.
