WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, typically in the cool early morning hours to preserve fresh fruit aromas. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes undergo a gentle pneumatic pressing. The must is cold-settled to clarify the juice before fermentation. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to retain the vibrant primary fruit characteristics and crisp acidity. The wine is aged on its fine lees in stainless steel for a short period before blending and bottling, avoiding any oak contact to maintain its fresh, clean profile.
