WINE MAKING PROCESS
The LAB Reserva 2023 is produced using a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Touriga Nacional grapes. The grapes are fully destemmed before fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation is managed with programmable pumping over and temperature control (28-30°C) for 28 days of skin maceration. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes aging in French oak barrels for at least 8 months. The vineyards are planted at a density of 4200 plants/ha and are characterized by clay and limestone soils.
